Forza 3When you really think about it – in real life, how often are you going to get to drive one of the famous sports cars?  Probably never, however if you are a car-lover, you probably already know about Forza 3.  This is a brand new friggin’ game for Xbox LIVE and it is actually going to hit stores next month … however, if you are like me, you can’t wait that long.

The best part about demos, which the Forza 3 demo actually hits stores September 24th, thank you is that you get to test out the game to see if you really like it.  However – how often do you get to drive things like the:

    •    2007 Porsche #80 Flying Lizard 911 GT3 RSR
    •    2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro
    •    2009 Ferrari California
    •    2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR
    •    2009 Mini John Cooper Works

All of these cars packed into one friggin’ game?  This is totally a game for car lovers everywhere!

2010 Hurst Ford Mustang Pace CarHas been a very, very busy year for the Hurst Performance Vehicles – wouldn’t you say?  I mean they have launched everything from their 50th Anniversary Dodge Viper all the way the newest Pontiac G8 and now … they have added on the 2010 Hurst Ford Mustang Pace Car.  This particular car is going to come around the middle of the month and it is going to be one heck of a pace car.

The pace car will be created for the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge race at Miller Motorsports Park on 9/19 and then afterward, the 2010 Hurst Ford Mustang Pace Car will make its appearance at all sorts of different events then, it will be auctioned off for charity at the start of 2010.

The 2010 Hurst Ford Mustang Pace Car is going to be a vision in white and gold, both the interior as well as the exterior and to be quite frank … it is going to be one hot little Mustang!

Stillen Nissan GT-R TargaWe know that Nissan is a force to be wrecking with right now.  All of the cars that they have out right now are definitely some of the hottest cars on the market, however – the Stillen Nissan GT-R Targa is definitely one car that I am certainly proud of.  I think that this incredible car is not only one of the best looking, but as soon as it was released to the racing folks, they went wild!

The reason?  The Stillen Nissan GT-R Targa actually produces somewhere around 620 horsepower at 15psi from its dual turbochargers.  Another great note is the fact that they have removed several hundreds of pounds from this car thanks to stripping the interior and a hell of a lot of carbon fiber in the body.  The components make up a very lightweight and beautiful car!

So if you want a racing sports car … the Stillen Nissan GT-R Targa is going to be the car for you!

fiat-topolinoWhen I was growing up, I had a guy that lived next to me who restored old cars – classic cars.  I swung by my childhood home last week and one of the cars that this guy spent years restoring is now selling one of his classic cars most likely for cheap.  Classic cars are something that can not be replaced – they are so different, so unique, so awesome that honestly, if you have a classic car … you need to make sure that you keep it.

More and more, with people trading in their cars for newer ones, the classic cars are being put by the waste side and that is not what should be happening.  Classic cars are cars that you can never, ever get again.  Personally, I would love to own an old-time car and sometimes drive it around … not all of the time, just sometimes and it is hard to find one!

The moral of the story?  If you have a classic car – make sure that you hang onto it … honestly, it is a classic and you shouldn’t get rid of it!

2010 Shelby GT500 Convertible 15We already know that the 2010 Shelby GT500 Convertible 15 is one of those cars that is quick – however, do you know just how quick this car is?  Well, we didn’t until we dug a little bit, did some research and found out that this incredible sports car is actually packing about 540 horsepower.  The 2010 Shelby GT500 Convertible 15 is one car that is never one to disappoint and frankly, it did not disappoint one the latest test of this beautiful car.

If you are one of those people that are constantly looking for a car that is not only beautiful but also fast, the 2010 Shelby GT500 Convertible 15 is going to be the sports car for you.  The Shelby bypasses the Mustang and even the Super Fords and is proven to be one of the fastest cars on the market.  For those of you that have seen Gone in Sixty Seconds, then you know exactly what kind of car Nick Cage’s character was scared to drive and this one was it – however older.

The older Shelby’s were beautiful, but the 2010 Shelby GT500 Convertible 15 is only better and sweet … not to mention faster!  It seems that the Shelby brand only ripens and gets better with every new model.

2010 Nissan GT-RWhen I think of the Nissan brand – I swear that to do not really think of it as a luxury car brand or even a car brand that would ever be on my dream car list – however, the 2010 Nissan GT-R is one sexy car and I truly think that I have to give the Nissan brand some props for coming out with this car!  Now – the 2010 Nissan GT-R actually looks a little bit like a Mustang (in my eyes anyway) or even just the a little bit like the newest Camaro (I know – bite my tongue!).

However – this car is actually pretty cool on the inside and out.  One of the first things that you notice about this beautiful car once you get inside is not only going to be the beautiful interior but the fact that this car is so nice to drive!  The handling is incredible, the launch is impeccable and all around … this car is just one of the best going-to-be-on-the-market cars ever!

Everything about Nissan seems to be changing and this seems to be the first step.  This is my dream car – so check it out!

2010 Transformers Special Edition Chevy CamaroIf there is one car that I have been waiting for – it is the 2010 Transformers Special Edition Chevy Camaro.  Personally, I love Transformers and while I was not a fan of them back in the day, with these movies, I think that they rock!  No matter what they are doing, Transformers is definitely something that I love and I happen to really like the fact that they actually came out with a Camaro to fit in with the movie!  One of my favorite things about the 2010 Transformers Special Edition Chevy Camaro is the fact that it looks just like it did in the move!

Now, this incredible appearance package can be applied to the LT (V6) and SS-Trim Camaros in Rally Yellow for about $995 … which is a good deal considering how cool it looks!  You get autobot insignia fender badges and wheel caps, an embroidered autobot insignia on the center console, gloss-black stripes with the transformers logo and transformers logo doorsill plates.

Honestly – the 2010 Transformers Special Edition Chevy Camaro is the coolest sports car to hit the market and you should really take a look at it!

Hyundai Blue-Will ConceptIf there is one car concept out there that I know is going to succeed and be hot, it is going to be the Hyundai Blue-Will Concept.  This Blue-Will concept car is not only Hyundai’s first attempt at a hybrid car, but it is one car that I think that everyone is going to be all over.  Forget about the fact that it is a brand new car and focus on the fact that the car itself is actually cool looking.  The overall appearance … if they keep it like that is something that I would absolutely invest in and the fact that it is supposed to be a hybrid just makes it that much more appealing to me.

This car is going to be a sporty Hyundai Hybrid plug-in electric car that is going to be powered by a 1.6 liter gasoline direct-injected powerplant.  The Hyundai Blue-Will Concept is supposed to have a range of about 28 miles in the EV mode and an overall ranking of about 55mpg when the gasoline engine is on.  To me, that is absolutely perfect!  Honestly, I could not imagine a car that has 55 mpg anywhere!

If you want a hybrid in 2012 … the Hyundai Blue-Will Concept is going to be it … if it still looks as cool as the concept design that is.

2010 Ferrari 599XX Sports Car If you are like me, you are probably constantly cruising anywhere and everywhere trying to find the ideal car and the car that is honestly going to give you ‘that feeling’.  What I mean by ‘that feeling’ is the feeling you get when you found your car, the car that you want more than anything.  That is the 2010 Ferrari 599XX Sports Car for me and while I know that I am never, ever going to be able to afford this particular car, it is definitely at the top of my wish list.

The cool thing about the 2010 Ferrari 599XX Sports Car is that is has 700 – yes, 700 horse power and it is just about as serious as any sports car gets.  Although I would love, love, love this car, there are so many people that will never actually drive it but rather just keep it on display, it truly is disheartening.

Check out the 2010 Ferrari 599 XX Sports Car though, for real.  It is a car that everyone should at least look into – even if you can’t afford it!

shelbyWho doesn’t love a Shelby? It has long been known for looking cool and going fast — but the Shelby CS GT40 takes that reputation to whole new heights.

John Ford the second started the GT40 project rolling about forty six years ago, while Eric Broadley, the chief designer of Lola, who was in charge of building the very first GT40s.

The car has a ginormous V8, though on the racetrack at least, it tends to tamper a bit with visibility out the back window. The good news is that the Shelby does not have to be relegated to the track — you can just be content with knowing it can kick some serious butt while you are there.

Of course, that contentment comes at a serious price — $135,834, to be exact, but that ain’t bad for a Superperformance car that can go from zero to sixty in 3.2 seconds.
